This is book one in the Hart Family series. Sabrina has been in love with Dante, her boss, and best friend for what feels like forever. Too bad Dante doesn’t believe in that little ‘ole thing called love. As we delve into Dante’s history you will understand why he feels that way.

Sabrina and her sister have only each other after a tragic accident ending their parents’ lives. Dante’s family history goes a little bit like this – he only loves his sisters, his brothers, his best friend, and his Aunt. See, he has always been the protector from the time he was just a boy, and his parents only cared about drugs and themselves.

Dante sets himself free from his family while still protecting the ones he loves. But, he distances himself from Sabrina. Ultimately, she helps him find himself and the love that he has built a self imposed castle of a heart concerning his commitment phobias.

I love the story that Ella Fox weaves of this family, its flaws, and how they stand up for one another. I’ve read the entire series and can’t wait to share each of the books with you. The first four books are also available in a Box Set.
