My Review

What can I say? The title got me going from the start, then I read the synopsis and I’m just wowed! Anywho – this isn’t your every day BDSM book. It has depth, character, and an undying love.

The synopsis is just the tip of the iceberg for this book.

Allie has been in love with Mick since she was 16, and Mick was 18. She loves with a fierceness like no other. Mick pushes her away when he sets out to go to college. She’s completely heart broken.

After Mick wrapped his bike around a tree he really feels he’s no good for her. He won’t make it in the Fire Academy that he’s wanted to do since he could remember along with his family members. He really thinks he’s doing the best thing for Allie.

12 years later:

Allie decides to come back home after traveling and becoming a pastry chef, and a whole lot experience as a submissive. She’s always known that Mick had a dominate streak in him. She sets out to conquer or as Mick likes to call it topping from the bottom.

They soon realize how good it can be together and with there love of play, and boy do the play. The play may actually turn you off. So be aware. It’s more on the sadism side, but nothing overly sadistic. They try to form a relationship. Only Mick run’s as soon as his demons come out to play.

Will these two love birds finally get a true second chance or will Mick run from the biggest love of his life.
