My Review of Love Realized by Melanie Codina
Love Realized by Melanie Codina is a sweet second chance love story. In the beginning we meet Gillian and her family at her son’s 8th birthday party. Reading through the story, I actually felt like I was there being introduced to all of them. Gillian is a sweet thirty-something mother of three and is married to her high school sweetheart, Logan.
Suffice it to say that after 17 years of marriage, Logan is not as devoted as he seems. It seems that Gillian has been hiding secrets about Logan from her entire family. Being strong to keep the family together.
Follow Gillian’s emotions coming full circle during the party and after the party. We watch as her best friend, Jake, struggles to jump over the hurdle between friend and lover.
