My Review of Beautifully Damaged
If that look is the one where I can’t believe that you’re mine and I’d do anything to make you happy, then I’m guilty as charged.
You know those books that just make you smile when you read them? Yeah, this one does that. I’d be reading along and notice that I was smiling. Hmm. Okay, so this isn’t all sunshine and roses, but it’s still a really good story with a real life guardian angel. At least that’s how I see it. I found myself entranced in the story from the first paragraph and didn’t stop reading until I was done with the book. I know, my husband had to cook dinner and everything! 😉
I did not read the first edition of Beautifully Damaged by L.A. Fiore, but I’m thrilled that I had the chance to read this edition. Such a great story about love, tragedy, and even a bit of mystery. Oh, and the sex…let’s not forget the incredibly amazing sex between Ember and Trace. Oh Em Gee!! Love, love, love. Even when Trace is trying to protect Ember by hurting her heart you still are hoping for the happily ever after.
The only words that my sexually hazed brain could form were, “Hell, yeah.”
L.A. Fiore creates an intriguing, captivating love story with a major twist or two. Don’t miss this (or Trace!). I cannot wait for book two to be released, it’s already on my TBR list.
