Enjoy Your Stay: Sugartown #2 by Carmen Jenner

It’s a Julie-fucking-Andrews moment, and all I wanna do is smash that nun’s face in. Okay, maybe that was a little extreme.

Whatever you’re doing, stop and go buy this book. Like now. Seriously. I’m not sure why it took me so long to pick it up and read it because I truly loved the first book in this series, Welcome to Sugartown.

Enjoy Your Stay: Sugartown #2 is Holly and Jackson’s story. We know that Holly is the smart ass best friend of Ana. The same Ana who is in love with Elijah Cade. Be sure to read my review of Book 1 so that you can see how much we all truly loved 23 year old, sexy, tattooed hottie in Welcome to Sugartown. But, I’ve already written that review. This one is all Jackson, oh and Holly. 😉 Really, it’s all about Jackson and his freaking hotness. Taking a deep breath over here because I’m still swooning.

One of these days, I’m going to kill Jackson Rowe. I sit and watch the cereal roll around in his mouth, and it dawns on me that he reminds me of a camel: big, stupid, but sort of fun to ride.

Okay, here are the players:

Jackson: Cousin to Ana, we met him in Book 1. Currently living in a house with Ana, Elijah, and Holly. Sex-on-a-stick Jackson gives as good as he gets. He and Holly have a f*ed up love/hate relationship.

Holly: Best friend to Ana, pregnant by Cooper. In a push/pull relationship with the sexy Jackson. Hormonal, crazy, sexy redhead. Note that her emotions may change as often as the wind.

Carmen Jenner takes us on a continuation of the Sugartown series and delves deep in the lives of Jackson and Holly. She incorporates bubbles of humor, moments of weakness, a bit of sadness, and a dose of reality into the wonderful journey. I started this book last night and didn’t finish until about 1 this morning. It was so worth it, even if my eyelids disagree!
