My Review of Fight for You by Magan Vernon
A true gentleman knows when to hold your hand and when to pull your hair.
One place that Nicky feels comfortable is in the cage. Outside the cage, he doesn’t feel in control. There’s one person who makes him want to fight outside the ring…Jackie.
This isn’t your typical love story. There is an edge to Nicky and Jackie’s love because they are living in the mafia’s world. It’s not a flowers and fairies love story. Fight for You is gritty and has underworld elements. Godfathers, murder, and a hero that doesn’t always do the right things to get his way.
Fight for You is the first book I’ve read from author Magan Vernon and I’ll definitely be picking up another book. I enjoyed her storytelling ability and it also had my favorite kind of ending. HEA. 😉
