My Review of Skin Deep by J.M. Stone
Well, I have just found my new beach read author. Let me tell you those are hard to come by lately. This book is funny, witty, in your face family is crazy, but they all love each other! And to top it off she has another book out and boy oh boy does it look delicious!
It all starts when Allie drags Emma into a tattoo parlor. Emma is deathly scared of needles. As luck would have it Mr. Tattoo hottie is there to soothe her. Really, his name is Luke and if your looking for an in your face alpha/caveman you’ve found him! Anyway, back to the story. He gives Emma her first tattoo, and pursues her even when she doesn’t him.
We all have that one ex-boyfriend that screwed with our head and emotions. This dude is properly named douche bag Brad. Emma and Allie’s personalities are crazily funny! Emma’s gun shy to say the least. She likes it a little rough during her naughty time and Luke is there to help her along the way. Brandon (Luke’s brother) pretty much becomes her second brother and is trying to get Allie into his bed, but so is Jackson (Luke’s best friend) and will make for an interesting story line in book 2.
I give this book 4 stars, and yes there are some seriously panty melting sex scenes. So stay in a well ventilated area 😉 ★ ★ ★ ★ Stars.
