This is a full-length standalone loosely based on a super short story I wrote in 2013. The short story appeared in two anthologies: Breakaway and Beaus and Arrows, both of which are now unavailable for purchase.

My Review of SPIDER by Ilsa Madden-Mills
SPIDER by Ilsa Madden-Mills is an angst-filled and emotionally-driven story. Just when you think you know what’s going to happen, something else surprises you. Passion, fire, rock star, forbidden love. It’s all there and Ilsa Madden-Mills nails it.
I enjoy the author’s writing style and storytelling ability, her talent for leading the reader and taking them on this forbidden journey. While there are moments that I hated SPIDER, I was hopeful that he would find his way to Rose.
Rose and Spider’s story broke my heart and I enjoyed every moment, watching their love challenged and the way that Ilsa Madden-Mills ultimately drove me crazy. It was an epic story and I can’t wait to read it again.
