My Review of Fall Out by Zoe York

Something dark and possessive clenched hard in his chest. He wanted to be her hero probably for all the wrong reasons.

I picked up Fall Out by Zoe York last week, while it was free on Amazon. This was my first Zoe York book and I was pleasantly surprised. It is a novella, at only 155 pages, and can be read in about an hour or so. Quick enough to get lost inside the story, read some steamy scenes and get a resolution.

There is a lot of action in this little story. Drew is a Navy SEAL, who was best friends with Annie’s brother, Kevin. When Annie gets scared she runs to Drew and life gets a little complicated from there. Drew tries to deny his attraction to Annie, but we all know that won’t last long. 😉 Drew – hot, sexy, SEAL and quiet Annie have so much chemistry that it is easy to fall for this couple.

Fall Out is a solid story and I’m looking forward to picking up the second book in the series. If you like quick and steamy, this is one book you should pick up.
